About John Kplorfia, DNP, MSN, BSN

John Kplorfia, DNP is a US Army Veteran and a healthcare professional who is licensed to provide holistic family centered primary healthcare to populations across the lifespan. He has extensive experience in a variety of ambulatory and inpatient care settings where he provided primary and subacute care. He has had great accomplishments in the following areas: pain management-certified suboxone prescriber, geriatric care, diabetes and hypertension management, coumadin and Clozaril dosing, and women’s health as well as other complicated medical management. He provides comprehensive care to patients while promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care delivery.

He has extensive clinical experience, having worked for over two decades in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and private practices. Throughout his career he has cared for patients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with complex medical and chronic conditions. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice, making a significant impact on improving patient’s health outcomes.

John had his doctorate degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his master’s degree at the University of Texas at El Paso and his baccalaureates degree at University of Vermont, in Burlington, Vermont. During his education and practice, he had extensive internship and training with well rounder provider in Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Psychiatry, Geriatric Care, and adult health at the University of Vermont Medical Center, William Beaumont Medical Center, Boston Medical Center, among others.
