Applies advanced practice skills, abilities and knowledge to provide holistic family centered primary health care to populations across the lifespan in a variety of ambulatory and inpatient care settings as an advanced practice nurse specializing in family practice, sub-acute care, and provides culturally competent, population-based preventive, management, and maintenance care for the family unit.
We offer primary care services in office, virtual/telemedicine, in home with a wide range of healthcare activities.
Office Hours
Our office hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 12-5pm. By appointments only. No walk-ins at this time to the office. Our in-home services are subject to appointment availability.
